1. We will provide you with 3 – 5  questions about 2 weeks prior to your show. Please make sure you have your content prepared and try and stick to the agreed content and timeframes.  The show lasts for 10 minutes and you will be speaking for about 7 minutes in total including us asking the questions, the other 3 minutes are taken up by introductions and closing the show.
  2. We will send you a link to Streamyard where you will join me to do the show (similar to Zoom) – take a look at the instructions here and test your camera and mic in advance.
  3. Please do not share the Streamyard Link I send to you – that will just be for you and I.
  4. We will provide you with the YouTube link to share where we will be livestreaming to and it will also show up here under upcoming live shows as soon as we have set this up – usually about 2 weeks in advance. The replay will be available on the same YouTube link as the livestream.
  5. The same week after the show has ended I will also be sharing this out on Facebook and LinkedIn and my Email Newsletter so I will tag you in to those.
  6. Please try to answer and or acknowledge all comments and questions from show – soon after the show has finished and then later on in the day again once people have watched the replay.
  7. The Show will only be livestreamed to the HubFizz YouTube Channel. Then we will share on our Facebook and LinkedIn channels. At a later date it may become a podcast or part of a podcast. All content will be owned by HubFizz but you are welcome to share from these channels (the original source) to your own social media and embed on your website or blog or link to in your emails etc – it will not be edited nor the original given to guests. 
  8. Please make a commitment to sharing the show both before and afterwards. Encouraging people to attend and also to watch later. 
  9. The graphic advertising your show will have your photo and bio and talk title. We will add your bio and any links into the post copy / video description. We reserve the right to not put certain sales links along with post if we do not think it is right for the audience we are trying to serve.
  10. We expect a commitment from you (and HubFizz gives the same commitment in return) to attend the live show. This is to maintain our business’ reputations. If cancellation is completely unavoidable please call Karen at HubFizz on 07557006946 immediately.
  11. On occasion due to technical issues beyond the control of HubFizz we may have to cancel a show at short notice. No compensation will be paid for this, however we would endeavour to give you as much notice as possible if these circumstances were to occur. We would also reschedule another date at a mutually convenient time.
