After struggling with a dysfunctional website for several years I found Karen to help me refresh and relaunch it. In a short space of time her design and technical work has surpassed all my expectations, and quickly resolved a long list of past issues and problems. The new site is exactly what I wanted! I’ve also found Karen a great listener and her flexible way of working is perfect for me – and helps me achieve maximum impact within my limited budget.

Karen designed and hosted our very first website. I am thrilled with the end result which is better than I ever could have imagined! She managed to capture everything I was looking for and more.

The process (for me as a client) was made so simple and clear. There was a huge amount that I wasn’t aware of that Karen took the time to explain and organise, to make sure that the website was compliant and easy to use.

Having a well made and well designed website is such a beneficial tool for our organisation, not to mention boosts our sense of identity, and gives clarity to our aim.

Karen has amazing communications and  i.t. skills and has created an informative and interactive on-line presence for the Norwich Community Plant Nursery which is updated regularly. It’s no exaggeration to say that, at a time when Covid restrictions limited face to face meetings, having such a point of contact made all the difference in building support and getting the project off the ground.
